This is the operator tier. Here's why:

Unlimited sub-accounts means every location gets its own isolated environment. Location A's contacts, pipelines, and automations are completely separate from Location B's. You manage everything from one agency dashboard but each location's data stays clean. At 5 locations or 50, the price doesn't change.

Snapshots let you capture your entire proven setup and deploy it to new sub-accounts in about 3 minutes. Every pipeline, workflow, email template, funnel page, custom field, and tag -- cloned instantly. This feature alone justifies the $297/mo for any operator managing more than 2-3 locations.

Who it's for: Agencies and operators who want to white-label GHL as their own SaaS product and charge clients monthly for access. You become a software company, essentially reselling GHL under your own brand with your own pricing.

My take: Unless you're building a software business on top of GHL, you don't need this. The rebilling feature is valuable if you have clients who need their own GHL access and you want to mark up the cost. But for operators using GHL to run their own multi-location business, Agency Unlimited has everything you need.

Hidden Costs to Know About

GHL's flat-rate pricing is straightforward, but there are usage-based costs that aren't included in the subscription:

SMS and Phone -- Usage-Based

SMS and phone calls are billed on usage through Twilio (integrated into GHL). Rates:
  • SMS: ~$0.0079 per segment sent, ~$0.0079 per segment received
  • Phone: ~$0.013/min outbound, ~$0.0085/min inbound
  • Phone numbers: ~$1.15/mo per number

Email Sending
