It combines CRM, email marketing, SMS, automation workflows, funnel building, appointment scheduling, reputation management, and a white-label SaaS reseller option into a single subscription. The short version: it replaces ActiveCampaign, Calendly, ClickFunnels, a basic phone system, and most of Zapier -- for one flat monthly price with unlimited contacts and unlimited sub-accounts.

👤 The Operator's Perspective

Before GoHighLevel, I was running SkyYield -- my WiFi offloading business -- across a patchwork of tools. The workflow builder is GHL's strongest feature. Visual drag-and-drop, multi-channel triggers (form submission, tag applied, appointment booked, email opened), and actions spanning email, SMS, webhooks, internal notifications, and pipeline movements. For operator onboarding automation specifically: I trigger a full 8-step sequence from a single Tally form submission -- document generation, welcome email, calendar booking, contract send, and pipeline movement -- without touching anything manually. Email & SMS Marketing

Solid email builder, decent deliverability (though some users report issues -- see Cons). SMS is built-in and billed by usage, not a separate platform. For operators communicating with venue partners, having SMS and email in one workflow is genuinely useful.

Reputation Management

Auto-request Google reviews after service milestones. Works well for venue-facing businesses. Not a feature I use heavily but operators in hospitality or service industries will value it.

White-Label SaaS Mode
